We are local craft butchers and know the provenance of all of our meat - we
might even be able to point out the field it was raised in. We take time to
source the best quality meats - pork, chicken, lamb, beef, venison, even
water buffalo and goat - and cut and produce in small batches at our HQ
in Kenton.
